This Sponsorship online form will allow you to complete contact information and submit a donation payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Gulf Coast Youth Association.


Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the football and cheerleading program of the Gulf Coast Youth Association. Our 501(C)3 organization is comprised of young boys and girls from ages 5-12.  Here is your opportunity to gain great exposure in the community by helping with the ongoing effort of supporting and improving the equipment, supplies and facility of our league.  Please choose your level of sponsorship from the categories listed below.  Remember, by taking advantage of this inexpensive advertisement, it is also tax deductible.  You may contact our treasurer for the tax exempt information.  All sponsorships are greatly appreciated. Deadline is September 4, 2018.

 

    GOLD SPONSORSHIP                             $750.00____

Includes:  Individual 4x6 field sign for sponsor, website ad, sponsor’s name on the team’s jerseys, framed team jersey with sponsor’s name on it, 10 season passes, and plaque

 

SILVER SPONSORSHIP                            $500_____

Includes: :  Individual 3x5 field sign for sponsor , website ad, sponsor’s name on the team’s jerseys, 5 season passes, and plaque.

 

 BRONZE SPONSORSHIP                       $350_____ 

Includes:  Sponsor’s name listed on team’s jerseys, name listed as a sponsorship on a collective sponsorship field sign, 5 season passes, and plaque.  

 

 CASH/IN LIEU OF CASH CONTRIBUTION            $_________                                                                                            

This level is for all donations including cash, paper products, condiments, and food.  In the past businesses have donated water, hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, gift cards, sweet tea, etc.  One of our board members or coaching staff members will pick up any items at your convenience. This contribution will help offset expenses during the regular season and during all-star play.  If you choose this form of sponsorship, please indicate the amount paid.
